It was SO not worth it. No clouds to make it interesting, it was about 10 degrees out, and I was tired and hungry. I probably could have gotten better results if I had stopped at red rocks on the way out and taken some pictures there, but I was too hungry to stop.
But here's the interesting thing: when I got home, I realized that my apartment could have burned down while I was away and I would not really have lost anything. In the car I had my camera, the new macbook (with almost my entire picture collection), ipod (with the important bits of my music collection). I happened to have my bicycle, and even a couple weeks worth of clothes because I'd been doing laundry at my parent's house.
I guess the biggest thing I would have lost would be what data is on my desktop that i haven't moved onto the mac. Which is primarily old school projects that I haven't looked at for years.
Conclusion: If all my worldly possessions fit into my car, then I have too much junk.
